Therapy Services

We offer a wide range of therapeutic services to our clients including: Group Therapy, Individual Therapy, Family Therapy, and Marriage Counseling. Every client is evaluated on an individual basis to determine what therapeutic services would best fit their needs.

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is suggested to clients of all ages and involves meeting with a therapist one-on-one in order to cope with or reduce symptoms of problematic behaviors, beliefs, feelings, and somatic responses (sensations in the body). Continued psychotherapy is a common and useful means of self-growth and can help people to resolve barriers that interfere with positive self-qualities.

Family Therapy

Family Therapy is suggested to families that are experiencing concerns as a unit or to those families of an individual with severe mental health issues to assist the family through the recovery process. Family Therapy emphasizes the relationships within the family, their importance, and how they can work together. Through family therapy, families will learn to more effectively solve conflicts and communicate needs and emotions.

Marriage Counseling

Marriage Counseling is suggest for couples that are experiencing concerns in their marriage or relationship. licensed therapists will work with couples through issues in their intimate relationships including: communication, problems, sexual difficulties, conflicts about child rearing or blended families, substance abuse, anger, or infidelity. Through marriage counseling, couples will learn to more effectively solve conflicts and communicate needs in their relationship.

Brain Mapping

The attempt to relate the brain’s structure to its function, or finding what parts give us certain abilities.

Neurofeedback

Neurofeedback involves helping a person to learn how to modify his or her brainwave activity through technology due to mental illness, substance abuse, learning disabilities, depression, mood disorders, ADHD, and anxiety. Neurofeedback is a process that allows the individual to obtain information about his or her electrical brainwave activity and use that information to modify changes in brainwave functioning.
